Description:
An authentic example of a traditional Working Men’s Club.
Established in 1888, the front is red brick with restrained baroque detailing and internal original features include untouched 1960s & 70s-inspired decor.
The location boasts a large main hall with a proscenium arch stage, balcony and bar.
Upstairs is the minor hall with its own bar and raised stage area, flooded with natural light and outfitted with original furniture.
In the basement, alongside the member's bar filled with memorabilia of a bygone era, you will find one of London’s oldest and largest snooker halls with 9 tables.
